Return and Refund Policy

At Bowvibe (operated by Bowvibe SASU – RCS Paris 101 990 760), customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return a product and obtain a refund.

  1. Right of withdrawal
    In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

    You must notify us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (email or letter) before the 14-day period expires.
  2. 2. Return conditions
    To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:
    The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
    The product must be returned in intact condition, accompanied by all accessories and any documents.
    Hygiene and care products (creams, gels, soaps, etc.) cannot be returned if they have been opened or unsealed, for health reasons, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.
  3. 3. Return procedure
    1. Contact us by email at contact@bowvibe.com indicating your order number and reason for return.
    2. Our team will confirm the eligibility of the return and provide you with shipping instructions.
    3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
    4. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Bowvibe cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return.
  4. 4. Refund
    Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of your refund.
    If the return is accepted, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned product.
    Initial delivery fees are refunded only if the entire order is returned.
    Return shipping costs are not refunded, except in cases of defective products or preparation errors.
    Defective or non-compliant products
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or non-compliant product with your order:
    Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the product and packaging.
    We will proceed, according to your choice, with a replacement shipment or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
    Exclusions
    Not eligible for return or refund are:
    Opened, used, or unsealed products (hygiene and care products).
    Products returned without prior agreement from our customer service.
    Products damaged by the customer.
